Lean Tool Inventory and Assembly Manager
The Logistics Module manages the tool component inventory. It controls storage locations and inventory levels, suggests purchase orders, tracks transactions to cost centers, and allows data analysis by job, waste, etc. The solution supports barcodes and can be easily interfaced with an ERP system or a storage lift.
The Process Module manages your tool assemblies in circulation. It keeps track of tools that are in cabinets or on the machines. To minimize setup time for new jobs, the software determines which tools are not loaded on the machine, yet, and generates a "WinTool Net List" of the missing ones.
